Bookings to stay in the Retreat Centre at the House of the Open Door are subject to current restrictions.
Starting from Monday 12 April 2021, as advised by the Government, our self contained accommodation will be open for overnight stays in England with your household or support bubble, and travel to stay with us will be permissible. The sharing of indoor facilities between wider groups will still not be permitted.
This means you are welcome to book some or all of the Retreat House or The Cottage for the exclusive use of your household or bubble during your stay, as both are self-contained accommodation with their own catering facilities.
We will not be able to accept other kinds of bookings to stay with us, unless your situation is one of the exceptions listed in government guidance.
We can accommodate groups of up to 15 people in the Retreat House and 9 people in the Cottage, overnight. We continue to host day groups.
Please see our page Coronavirus (COVID-19) and your safety for more information, including the measures we are taking to ensure your safety when staying with us.
